CardSmart, in its own words.

CardSmart is a free iPhone and Android app that helps people use the credits they already pay for on premium credit cards. It tracks 113 monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and yearly credits across 35 cards, shows the next one to use, and reminds you before each resets. It never asks for card numbers or bank logins, and it is independent of the card issuers.

The mark is two stacked cards with the front one ticked: every card in one place, credit used. Keep clear space of at least half the icon’s width around it, and don’t recolor, rotate or add effects.
