What it is
One $50 statement credit when the card is used for the first airline purchase of at least $50 in the credit period. Charter flights and private jets do not qualify. In the first year the credit is available at account opening. After that, the 12-month period starts on the first day of the month after the annual fee is assessed. The credit posts within 60 days after it is earned.

When it resets
One window per account year. It starts on the date your account opened, not January 1, so check your account open date.
How not to lose it
- Find your account open date in the issuer’s app. That, not January 1, is when this credit resets.
- Don’t wait for the last day. Statement credits can take days to post, and a purchase that settles after the window closes may not count.
- Pay with the Autograph Journey. The credit only follows purchases charged to the card that carries it.
