ValueUp to $300 / anniversary year
ResetsEach account year
Next resetYour account anniversary
What it is
Up to $300 in statement credits for travel purchases each account anniversary year, beginning with the account open date. This does not reset on January 1. Purchases that receive the credit do not earn points.
Summarized from Chase’s published terms, checked September 28, 2026. Terms change — confirm details with Chase before you rely on them.
When it resets
One window per account year. It starts on the date your account opened, not January 1, so check your account open date.
How not to lose it
- Find your account open date in the issuer’s app. That, not January 1, is when this credit resets.
- Don’t wait for the last day. Statement credits can take days to post, and a purchase that settles after the window closes may not count.
- Pay with the Sapphire Reserve. The credit only follows purchases charged to the card that carries it.
